The movable shaft of the machine table needs to be lubricated with an oil gun every day to and from get off work, the oil tank of the lubricating oil should be cleaned every month, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every year. Check the circuit and air circuit frequently, and clean the filter once every one to two months.

Exceptions and Handling

When the machine is running, pay attention to whether the sound of the machine is normal. If there is any abnormal sound, immediately stop the machine and let the workshop security personnel repair it. During the operation of the equipment, the carton is not opened, and the machine automatically stops. After the removal, the equipment needs to be restarted. When there is no manual in the cartons, the corresponding carton will be removed by the waste rejection device at the exit. After three consecutive missing manuals, the machine will automatically stop. The same is true when there is no material in the carton. When the machine is overloaded, the cartoning machine will automatically stop, turn it manually and after that, jog it, take down the unopened carton and restart the machine. If there are other unexplained emergencies, the power supply must be cut off immediately, and the production can be resumed only when the maintenance and confirmation are correct.
