2. The product packaged by the packaging machine is not evenly sealed

The uneven sealing of the bag is generally manifested as folds in the sealing and no obvious pattern at the sealing. Wrinkles at the seal are mainly caused by the bag being too short. There is no obvious pattern on the seal. This situation is mostly caused by the heating time being too long. If the heating time is too long, the heating belt will completely iron the packaging bag, and the beauty of the seal will be lost, so the seal will also be uneven.

3.packaging machine AC contactor failure

The AC contactor of the packaging machine is faulty, which will also cause the packaging machine to fail to heat. If you check that the power interface of the packaging machine is normal, then you can check whether the AC contactor of the packaging machine is working properly. If it is damaged, it will also cause the packaging machine to fail to heat normally. It is recommended to replace the AC contactor of the packaging machine.

4. Empty bag packaging

The most common situation is to automatically fill empty bags in the bag packaging machine. Usually, we will add a bag full detection device to the bag packaging machine to detect the empty bags before they are sealed during the packaging process. The system issues an instruction not to seal the bag. However, when the bag full detection device fails, there will be empty bag packaging. At this time, we need to check the spring of the bag full detection device to check whether it is loose or damaged. If this happens, please reinforce or replace the corresponding parts.
