In the manual screen, we can jog the air cylinder, the film pulling servo, and the sealing knife servo. When the button is yellow, it represents the off state, and when the button is green, it represents the on state.
Pull the film to move:When the button is pressed, the film- pulling servo runs at the speed set in the film-pulling jog speed.
Sealing knife is rotating forward:When the button is pressed, the sealing knife servo rotates forward according to the speed set in the sealing knife jog speed.
Sealing knife reverse:When the button is pressed, the sealing knife servo reverses according to the speed set in the sealing knife jog speed.
Film cylinder:After opening, the lamination cylinder moves back
Unwinding enable:Control the operation of the unwinding inverter
Cut off the cylinder:Control the extension and retraction of
the cut-off cylinder
Longitudinal sealed cylinder:Control the extension and
retraction of the longitudinal seal cylinder.
Bag length measurement:When the button is pressed, the film pulling servo starts to run and the film is pulled forward. When two color marks are detected, the film pulling stops, and the distance between the two color marks is set to the current bag length, the button is automatically reset, and the whole process ends. Pressing the button again during the bag length detection
process will immediately exit the detection process and stop the film pulling servo action.
Back to origin:Press the button and the sealing knife will rotate forward to find
the origin of the sealing knife. After the sealing knife origin signal is on, the sealing action will be stopped, and the return to the origin will end. If you want to stop sealing the knife during the process of returning to the origin, please press the emergency
stop button.
